Keith T. Morris, RJFS, MCMG

Keith Morris is a Partner and Managing Director of Steward Partners Global Advisory.  Keith began his career as a Financial Advisor in 1994 with Prudential Securities in Bala Cynwyd, PA where he developed his fundamental investment knowledge. He joined Legg Mason Wood Walker in 1997 to take a team approach in providing personalized financial advice for individuals, families, and institutions. 

In 2005, Keith moved his practice to Wachovia Securities, a predecessor firm of Wells Fargo Advisors to further enhance his consultative approach with his clientele. In July of 2011, Keith founded Morris Capital Management Group. In 2013, Keith moved the practice to Raymond James.

Keith's goal with every client is to create a long term relationship built on trust. He knows that his most valuable assets are his relationships with his clients. With a focus on wealth accumulation and preservation, the group offers independent, objective, unbiased advice.

Keith earned a Bachelor's Degree at LaSalle University, where he played basketball  and was a 4 year letter winner a 3 time NCAA tournament participant, and a 1 year NIT participant. He is also proud to say that his college coach was his dad, Speedy Morris. Keith is now an assistant coach for his father, on a part time basis, at St. Joseph's Preparatory School in Philadelphia, and has been doing so since 2001.

Keith has served on the Board of Directors of Inter-Community Action of Philadelphia, a non-profit corporation geared towards helping individuals with intellectual disabilities. He was an Advisory Board member for East River Bank in Philadelphia, 2008-2010. In 2011, Keith was honored by the Summit Chapter the PA Sports Hall of Fame for his meritorious service in the community. Currently, Keith sits on the board of the Nutritional Development Services (NDS), an agency of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. The mission of NDS is to provide meals, food assistance and additional support to organizations serving children and the poor as an extension of the services and mission of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Philadelphia.  Keith has also helped to raise funds for numerous charities, namely the North Light Community Center, the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Coaches vs. Cancer and Beats for Bella.

Away from the office, Keith spends his free time with his wife, Tricia, and their 4 children, Margaret, Caroline, Macie, and Matthew. Keith also volunteers as a coach for any and all of his kids' little league activities.
